1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) are intended to define the rights and obligations of Parc Zoologique Ain Sebaâ (hereinafter “the Park”) and any person (hereinafter “the Customer”) purchasing an entry ticket, service or product on the website [https://www.zooainsebaa.ma].
Any order placed on the site implies the Customer’s full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included.
The Park reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the price applied is the one displayed at the time of the order.

The Park reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a payment incident or fraudulent use of the site.
5. Payment
Payment is made by bank card via the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI), which offers a fully secure payment service.
The Customer guarantees that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method.
6. Delivery / Electronic Ticketing
Tickets purchased online are sent to the Customer by email in the form of electronic tickets (e-tickets). These tickets must be presented at the Park entrance, either printed or on a digital device.
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the Park.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, entry tickets for leisure activities with a specific date are not eligible for the right of withdrawal (Article 36 of Law 31-08 on consumer protection). Any order is therefore firm and final.
